Enhancing Global Connectivity, IPB Participated at APAIE 2024 Conference and Exhibition

IPB University marked its presence at the prestigious APAIE (Asia Pacific Association for International Education) Conference and Exhibition 2024, held from March 4 to 8 at the Perth Exhibition and Convention Center, Australia. The event brought together a diverse gathering of over 2500 participants. More than 35 countries opened their booths at the exhibition.
The APAIE conference addressed crucial topics such as partnership and mobility, student recruitment, and enhancing the overall student experience. IPB University, represented by the Global Connectivity Directorate, took part in the exhibition by co-hosting a booth with 13 other universities under the Nationwide University Network in Indonesia (NUNI). Their joint presentation focused on promoting the theme “Study in Indonesia.”
This event provides a wider opportunity for IPB to enhance collaboration with its existing partners, but most importantly to widen collaborations with new partners from various institutions across the Asia Pacific, America, and Europe. Delegates engaged in discussions with IPB representatives regarding potential international collaborations, including student and faculty mobility programs, as well as research partnerships.
“Participating in APAIE 2024 has been a tremendous opportunity for IPB University to showcase our commitment to global collaboration,” stated Dr. Eva Anggraini, Director of Global Connectivity IPB University. “We believe that fostering international partnerships is vital for enriching the educational experience for our students and staff.” IPB University aims to leverage the connections made at APAIE 2024 to enhance its global presence further and contribute to advancing international education and partnerships. Such an international event serves as a strategic media for IPB University to continue building bridges with institutions worldwide and fostering a globalized learning environment.
