IPB Inspires Future Scholars at Saint John Catholic Senior High School EduFair 2024

BSD, Tangerang – Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB) opened an Information Booth Exhibition at the EduFair hosted by Saint John Catholic School BSD on August 21, 2024. Through its Directorate of International Education and representatives from the IPB Bureau of Communication “Duta IPB”, the university showcased its commitment to preparing future global leaders. The event provided high school students with a comprehensive overview of IPB’s innovative academic programs and international opportunities.

At its booth, IPB highlighted its position as a world-class university, offering an International Undergraduate Program (IUP) designed for students aspiring to pursue global careers. The booth also introduced new faculties and programs, such as the Faculty of Medicine, Smart Agriculture, and the School of Data Science, Mathematics, and Informatics. These additions reaffirm IPB’s dedication to addressing modern challenges through cutting-edge education and research.

IPB emphasized its robust international mobility programs, allowing students to participate in exchange initiatives, summer and winter courses, and collaborations with prestigious partner universities across Japan, Korea, Australia, the USA, Europe, and ASEAN countries. Students at the fair learned about scholarships such as the Rector Scholarship, KNB Scholarship, and opportunities to engage in global academic networks, reinforcing IPB’s vision of producing globally competitive graduates.

The participation of Duta IPB and the Directorate of International Education representative at the event provided a personal touch.
