CEBCAT Consortium Partcipates in the 14th Panhellenic Conference on Science Education, Greece

 

As a part our commitment in advancing sustainability, IPB University, together with 10 universities in Europe and Southeast Asia, formed the Capacity Building in the Field of Higher Education: Building Capacities for a Transition to a Circular Economy or CEBCAT Consortium. The aim is to enhance international cooperation by transferring the EU’s knowledge and experience in sustainability and circular economy principles to countries in Southeast Asia.

At the 14th Panhellenic Conference on Science Education, held at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, representatives from the consortium presented the importance of integrating sustainability and circular economy concepts into science teaching. Attended by over 1,500 participants and more than 225 scientific presentations, the event was a great opportunity to engage with the academic community and promote knowledge transfer.
