IPB University as Southeast Asia’s global leader for Agro-maritime and Bioscience, seeking applications for the Rector IPB Scholarship. This Scholarship is for prospective international students enrolling in undergraduate and graduate degrees and non-degree (exchange) who plan to enroll in the Odd Semester 2024/2025.

  • Admission Period: February- June
  • Exam I: May

  • Application Period for Scholarship: April 1st – June 31th
  • Announcement: July 1st
  1. International students coming from abroad or those who are already in the country (priority country: Southeast Asia, Asia, Pacific, Africa, Middle East, South-Middle American and Kariba andeast Europe)
  2. Recommended by IPB’s counterparts (not mandatory)
  3. Recommended by the government (e.g. embassy, ministry, research institutions) (not mandatory)

  5. Strong interest in IPB university and Indonesia

FAQ

The Rector’s Scholarship application is open from April 1st to June 30th each year.

Applicants must:

  • For undergraduate and graduate student
  • Have submitted their application to IPB University through the official admission portal
  • Pass the admission selection process and receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from IPB University
  • Prepare and submit all required documents during the scholarship application period
  1. International students coming from abroad or those who are already in the country (priority country: Southeast Asia, Asia, Pacific, Africa, Middle East, South-Middle American and Kariba andeast Europe)
  2. Recommended by IPB’s counterparts (not mandatory)
  3. Recommended by the government (e.g. embassy, ministry, research institutions) (not mandatory)

No. You can only apply for the Rector’s Scholarship after you have received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from IPB University.

You must submit the following documents:

  1. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from IPB University
  2. Certificate of Completion or Diploma
    • High school certificate for undergraduate applicants
    • Bachelor’s/Master’s certificate for graduate applicants
  3. Academic Transcript

Your documents will be reviewed by the scholarship selection team. Selected applicants will be notified by email.

Yes. The application fee must be paid during admission, even if you intend to apply for the Rector’s Scholarship.
