Entry Requirements


Academic Requirement
• Must be registered as a second-semester Master’s student in the Agro-industrial Technology program at IPB University.

Accepted Majors
Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Product Engineering, Food Science, Agricultural Engineering, Business, and other relevant fields.

Language Proficiency Requirements
• TOEIC score ≥ 740
• TOEFL (ITP/iBT/CBT) score ≥ 550/80/213
• IELTS score ≥ 6.5
or equivalent certifications

Matriculation Requirements
to be added

Minimum GPA
GPA >2.75 (on a 4.0 scale) or GPA >8 (on a 10.0 scale)

Application Process


Application Period
Open year-round.

  • Period 1: September intake (Deadline: end of June)
  • Period 2: March intake (Deadline: end of November)


Tuition & Scholarships


Tuition Fees

  • Tuition Fee (UKT*): Rp 9,000,000 per semester
  • International Study Tuition: 10% of the tuition fee is still payable to IPB University while studying abroad.
  • Matriculation Fee (for students who do not have an aligned undergraduate study background): Rp 8,000,000 (calculated at Rp 1,000,000 per student for 8 credits)
  • Application Fee: Rp 750,000 per student

If a student is not accepted or does not receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the partner institution, the following academic procedures may apply:

  • Notification of Outcome: Students will be formally notified of the application result via official university communication channels, such as institutional email or the student information system.
  • Alternative Pathways: Students are encouraged to explore alternative academic or professional opportunities, including internships, research projects, or academic exchange programs facilitated by the university or its affiliated partners.
  • Opportunity for Reapplication: Subject to program-specific policies, students may be eligible to reapply in subsequent application cycles, either to the same partner institution or to other available partners.
  • Advisory and Support Services: The university may offer academic advising, career counseling, skills enhancement workshops, or other preparatory support services to strengthen future applications
