Additional Notes:

  • By the end of semester 6, students must have written publications and dissertation drafts.
  • The closed examination and viva voce can take place at IPB Bogor Campus or L’Institut Agro Montpellier campus in France, if circumstances permit.


Entry Requirements


Academic Requirement:

  • Candidates must be registered as active doctoral students at the home university.
  • Candidates should be in their 2nd or 3rd year of study.
  • Candidates must hold a master’s degree or its equivalent in a relevant field.

Agriculture, Forestry, Biodiversity, Food, Environment, Land, Water, Economics, Management Science

Language Proficiency Requirements:

  • French Language Proficiency: B1 level France
  • English Language Proficiency:
    • TOEIC score ≥ 700
    • TOEFL (ITP/iBT/CBT) score ≥ 500/80/213
    • IELTS score ≥ 5.5 or other equivalent certification


Application Process


Application Period:

  • Spring Admission: March – May (For research topics beginning in September)
  • Fall Admission: October – December (For research topics beginning in January)


Tuition & Scholarships


Tuition:

  • IPB University: 12,000,000 IDR per semester
  • L’Institut Agro Montpellier: 380 EUR + CVEC 95 EUR
  • Cotutelle: At least one year paid in France
