Entry Requirements
Academic Requirement:
• Candidates must be registered as Master’s students in Management (MAN) at IPB University.
• Research focus in the field of European, Social, and Security Policy.
Accepted Majors:
Master of Science in Management (IPB) and Master of European, Social, Security (KU Leuven)
Language Proficiency Requirements:
• English Language Proficiency:
• TOEFL iBT score ≥ 94 (with no subscore below 22)
• IELTS score ≥ 7.0 (with no subscore below 6.5)
Matriculation Requirements:
No matriculation
Minimum GPA:
GPA ≥ 3.25 (out of 4.0)

• Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcript
• Master’s degree transcript (if available)

• Approval letter from the supervising committee or program head

Application Process
Application Period:
One primary application period per year.
• October – March 1st: Application period for Odd Semester 2025/2026 and Even Semester 2025/2026.
• Selection Process: Administrative document verification, academic ability test, interview, and English language proficiency assessment.
Tuition & Scholarships
Tuition Fee:
IPB University
• Tuition Fee (UKT*): 15,000,000 IDR per semester
• International Study Tuition: While studying abroad, 10% of the tuition fee is still required to be paid to IPB University.
• Application Fee: 750,000 IDR per student
KU Leuven
• Poland’s Government scholarship for international students
Scholarship Opportunities:
• LPDP (if passing the initial LPDP selection during registration)
• Scholarship opportunities offered by public or private institutions or companies through collaboration programs supported by an MoU
