First, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to every team that participated in the International Oil Palm Trunk Product Design Competition. The level of innovation and dedication from all participants was truly impressive. For those who did not advance to the final round, we thank you for your hard work and wish you the very best in your future endeavors.

As we move to the final stage, please review the following guidelines, key dates, and the consolidated submission process carefully.
Key Dates & Deadlines:
- 28 August 2025 (by 23:59 WIB): Deadline for Finalist Confirmation & All Submissions. This includes your attendance confirmation, AI declaration, video, and presentation files.
- 1 September 2025: Final Presentation Day for Finalists.
- 2 September 2025: Announcement of Winners.
Finalist Confirmation & Submission Portal To simplify the process, all required items must be submitted through one single online portal. Please prepare your materials and submit them together.

Through this single link, you will be required to:
1. Confirm Your Team’s Attendance for the final event.
2. Upload Your AI Declaration Statement, detailing AI involvement in your design, video, and presentation.
3. Upload Your Final Video (Mandatory). The video must meet these requirements:
o Content: A brief explanation of the product, its functions, design,prototype, and usage.
o Originality: The video must be original with minimal AI generation.
o Format: 1-3 minutes long, landscape orientation (16:9 aspect ratio).
o Logos: Must include the logos of SustainPalm, IPB University, ULM, WUR, Nuffic, and Transformative Bioeconomies (downloadable from https://ipb.link/opt-competition-logos). You may also add logo of your university.
4. Upload Your Final Presentation (Mandatory). The presentation materials must meet these requirements:
o The presentation must be in PowerPoint format.
o You may add a short video (max 1 min) in your presentation.
o Allocate your presentation for a maximum of 10 minutes (including the short video, if any).
o Upload Your Poster (Optional). If you wish for your design to be displayed during the Final Meeting of the SustainPalm Consortium, you may upload your poster in A4 size (PDF or PNG or JPG). Please include include the logos of SustainPalm, IPB University, ULM, WUR, Nuffic, and Transformative Bioeconomies (downloadable from https://ipb.link/opt-competition-logos). You may also add logo of your university.
Final Event & Winner Announcement
• Venue: IPB International Convention Center, Bogor, Indonesia (https://share.google/OWGB3paBL1GFkfwbW)
• Format: The final presentation will be conducted in a hybrid format. It is not mandatory for all team members to attend in person.
• Travel and Accommodation: Please note that the organizing committee will not provide transportation or accommodation. Participants attending in person are responsible for their own arrangements.
• Presentations (1 September 2025): Finalists will have 10 minutes to present, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session with an esteemed jury panel.
• Winner Announcement (2 September 2025): The winners will be officially announced during the Final Meeting of the SustainPalm Consortium 2025 at the same venue.
